Mini Euro (E7) charts will not load

Hi guys,

I was trying to load a chart and DOM for the Mini euro E7 but nothing shows up. I'm using NT 6.5 with ZenFire Live trading. I added it to the Instrument manager window but no luck. All other major instruments load no problem (ES TF 6E CL). Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks

Which expiry of E7 are you loading in the DOM? (For example, E7 03-11)

Do you receive any error messages in pop-up windows or in the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do those messages report?

Correct. E7 03-11 and the DOM freeze up. no pop-ups

Does E7 03-11 data load in the orders tab of the Control Center, or do the bid ask and last fields remain reporting 'N/A'?

Hi NickF,

Please disconnect from Zen-Fire, reset the NinjaTrader instrument list, then restart NinjaTrader and check to see if E7 data is now available.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
