Kinetick Completely Unresponsive Today

What gives with Kinetick's data today? I have been waiting for about 5 minutes for data to show up on my chart... nothing yet. I guess I'll just cross my fingers.

This is especially disappointing because I just bough market data with Kinetick, and I have an open position that im trying to manage through the chart trader but the connection is absolutely unresponsive.

Can you please tell me which version of NinjaTrader 7 you are using? You can check this under Help--> About

Please note due to recent changes with Kinetick, you must be on NT V7.0.1000.2

If you are not on this version, please update now by going to Help--> Download Site and downloading the current version of NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.2

I am running the latest version (See attached screenshot). It was slow to return data this morning. Currently it is returning nothing, and i have been waiting for a while. However quotes are still showing up in Market Analyzer.

Seems to be back up and running now.

Thanks for letting us know it is up and running now.

So I may investigate into why this issue occurred, please send a note to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and attach your log and trace files from this morning.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named ‘log.YYYYMMDD.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’

Also include 'ATTN: Matthew - 432374' and a reference to this thread.
