Exactly what files to backup?

Hi, each night I want to clone Ninja to another computer, exactly what files do I need to move over to accomplish this?

Is there a way in Ninja to change the pathway of these files that need to be backed up? They currently reside in My Docs\NinjaTrader 6\ but as I will need to sync files each night, it would be best for me if I could have these files reside in another directory so I can point my sync program to just one pathway. Instead of having to point to this additional default pathway that you have.
