Tick chart lost after tradestation down

I am driving my NT 6.0 release 5 with tradestation. I am only using er2 12-0 symbol and running 133 tick chart. Yesterday my internet went down for about 15 minutes, nt did not reconnect after tradestation was up, so I had to close ninja trader via control panel, followed by signing off from tradestation, I restarted nt followed by signing back in tradestation but my tick chart was gone, chart started from scratch so it took a while to accumulate data.

I am using ER2 12-0 symbol in nt and @er2 symbol in tradestation and my external feed + download strategy running in 1 min chart. Reload data command is grayed out in tools menu. If i try 1 min chart it will be charted just fine with last five days data, but tick chart dont work.

Can you check under Tools > Options > Data is "Store real-time bar data" enabled? If not, that is the problem. You would need to check this to store incoming TS data into your local NT database.
