Why no volume data for fx

I trade FX with MB Trading. As you're probably aware I can open both a T&S window and see volume data there and I can also open FXPro and see DOM there. So how come I cant see any volume data in the SuperDOM ? It must be somewhere in their API I would have thought and so should theoretically be able to be shown.

Unfortunately this is as expected - you will not see market depth in the Dynamic SuperDOM for forex instruments. You can use the FX pro window or T&S window to view volume data for forex instruments as you mention.

Thanks and sure I'm aware that this is as it should be. But my question is why is this the case because the data must be there somewhere and I know it would be handy for fx traders to have this data on the SD.

Unfortunately I am not sure about the exact reason. However I will forward your inquiry to support market depth data in the Dynamic SuperDOM for forex instruments to development to put it on the list of future considerations of the software.
