Platform is seizing up

This started yesterday. My platform is seizing up completely for up to a minute or so at a time. My connection is Zen-Fire and I'm using V7. I know this is not an issue with my internet connection because my other programs work.

Would need you to send in a note via Control Center->Help->Mail To Support and inclue your log and trace files so that we may look into this. Please also let us know about the last time you had a lock up.

Since V7 keeps freezing up on me, I've had to go back to using V6.5. Am trying to get a daily chart that reflects an actual day in the futures mkt, i.e. 1:30 pm PT to 1:15 pm, or somewhere thereabouts. Am using the 1440 minute candle chart. Is there any way I can do this?

Nevermind. I figured out how to do it.
