Market Replay

Hi,

In an effort to fix another issue NinjaTrader support had me rename my .sdf file and then restart NinjaTrader.

Now OnBarUpdate will not fire in "real time" (this is market replay) although I do get the event for loaded historical bars.

I did figure out that I lost my instrument list when this happened (I kind of wish they had mentioned that to me, it would have saved a lot of time figuring it out).

I am sure there is something simple I need to do but rather than waste any more time on this, could you guys give me a hint?

Thanks for the reply. The issue is I am not getting the OnBarUpdate event once Historical = false. I have a print statement as the first statement and it doesn't execute.

Scott, sorry about the non clarity regarding the instrument lists residing in the DB, I'll make our team aware to better inform on those impacts - for the OnBarUpdate() issues - are the bars building in replay as you expect, which session templates are you working with here?

Bertrand, as always, you are the man! I knew that issue felt familiar. The currencies were set on RTH.

One suggestion, at least for the currencies, make the default ETH. No one that I know trades currencies only during RTH.

Under any circumstances, I am now good to go.

You're welcome Scott, for our next release we'll switch over many symbols per default to their ETH native hours based on customer feedback.
