DOM acting up today

Earlier today, I was getting unbelievable fills on my mkt entry orders. Something didn't feel right, so I closed everything down and rebooted. Did a few trades in sim to make sure everything was working okay, and it seemed alright. May have done a real trade that went smoothly. Then, just now did a mkt order buy on GC, and I got an "order pending." There was a red X down next to the REV FLAT CLOSE buttons. I pressed and pressed on it to cancel the order, which was not showing anywhere on the ladder. I hit the CLOSE button numerous times. Since the order didn't execute immediately, I didn't want it. It then filled about a minute later, which is an eternity in the mkt. Something is very very wrong with this scenario. I closed out that DOM and opened a new one, but would like some explanation of this mishap.

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
