Questions about automating strategies in Ninja Script

If I write my strategies in Ninja Script, will I be able to.

1) route my order to a specific exchange? I understand I can set the default, but if I wanted to route the 1 order to ARCA and another order to NYSE would I be able to of the same stock?

2) set the time in force to OPG?

3) This one brokerage they have a data feed for Trade Imbalances. Would I be able to access this data and incorporate it in my strategy decision process?

1) yes, if you select the stock on a particular exchange. On the instrument selector->Select Type = <stock>, then you can enter stock name and exchange
