Need demo multibroker NT for Neoticker/Collective2 setup

Before I have any collective2 clients can I get a multibroker demo version of NT7 for use with NeoTicker (which can send autosignals to NinjaTrader) and Collective2 (where I want to get set up to send signals. I understand that once I have clients I will need to make up the difference between my single broker lease and a multibroker lease, but I'd like to get it all working first before I start spending extra funds.

Oh, I apologize for the display of a license.

for example, the two images I mean, I do not have windows "database managment", which is necessary to connect to Collective2

I am not quite sure what is referred as "database management". It is not required to connect to C2. Please see the C2 connection guide at the link below.

You will need to create an account group. You can do so by clicking the 'Account Grps' button in the Options-->Data-tab.
