Save Strategy in Chart Template

Is it possible to save a strategy in a chart template? I have a single chart that displays four instruments. Each instrument has at least one strategy attached to it which has multiple inputs for each. I know that I can save this in Workspace template, but is there a way to set this up in a chart template as well?

The strategies applied to the chart would have to be saved within the custom workspace not the chart templates.
