Connecting to live Mirus Zen-Fire data Saturday morning crashes NT...market replay data connects OK...tried redo of Zen connection & reset instruments...works this way on 2 machines...

Any suggestions...??

I just received an update from Zen-Fire.

There is maintenance going on with their servers which will give intermittent connectivity until later tonight.

So that I can see what might be taking place in the background, please send a note to support & include your most recent Log & Trace files. Go to Help > Mail to Support > include files > click “Send”

thanks for your help but everything's working now.

Like Alfred said, I believe Zen-Fire was doing some sort of server maintenance on the weekend.

Why it crashed NT I don't know because the log & trace files had nothing on them, no error!
