Slow Loading

I just bought a new computer with Windows 7 HP and loaded NT. I'm trying to run version 7.0.1000.2 that I downloaded, but it takes about 5 minutes for the program to load after double clicking on the icon. Then I setup my data feed (Zen-Fire) and tried to connect to that and it's not responding. The message says "Connecting - Zen-Fire" but it's not doing it.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Any suggestions?

I'm experiencing the same problem right now. Usually when this happens it's because Zen-fire is down for maintenance -- should be back up tomorrow . . .

Same issue here. NinjaTrader7 32 and 64 bit. Looks like Zenfire is down.

What would be handy is a pop-up that says the Zenfire is down for maintenance.

I just received an update from Zen-Fire. There is maintenance going on with their servers which will give intermittent connectivity until later tonight.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
