NT7 IB and Charts lagging updating

Good Morning:

I've noticed and on going issue with NT7 with IB where the chart stops updating the price bars . The bid and ask on the chart trader are updating and in sync with TWS but the chart bars are not. Eventually the chart bars repaint and catch up but often we are talking up to and over a minute in some cases. It did it today on a AEM and I have a screen shot. Any suggestions?
