Strategy halted unexpectedly

Hi Bertrand, just to keep the ball rolling on this one, I have put as much info as I can think of into the logging to display what is going on when it fails. It has only occured 3 times in 4 months so it might be a while yet.

I found this list of points re 6.5 in an old post - does the same apply to 7.0, especially regarding keeping IOrder objects in onOrderUpdate()?

That seems to be what I'm having problems with.

The OnOrderUpdate() considerations are not applicable anymore, but you need to consider the OCO, Token and OrderId's are not unqiue and can change through an orders lifetime / going from historical to realtime states.
