No buy and sell stop at the same time?

In OCO order mode, I am unable to place a buy stop above price and a sell stop below price. The message when I try to place the second order is something like "Can't submit an exit order until any of the entry orders have been filled" ... isn't this one of the main purposes of OCO orders, trading a breakout to either side of a range?

Hi,

Make sure to follow these instructions when trying a Breakout/Fade Entry:

• Right click in the SuperDOM and select the menu "OCO Order" to enable this function
• For your first order, select the desired option from the "ATM Strategy" drop down list
• Submit your stop order to buy above the market
• For your second order, select the desired option from the "ATM Strategy" drop down list
• Submit your stop order to sell below the market
• CRITICAL Right click in the SuperDOM and select the menu "OCO Order" to disable this function

For a market fade approach just subsitute limit orders for stop orders. This entry technique is demonstrated in our free ATM Level I training class that we hold several times per week.

Thank you--I did not reset the ATM strategy but left it as Active ATM strategy which tried to add the second order to the first, instead of making it separate, thanks for your help.
