new renko chart wont load data

hello, i am trying to run a renko chart, i have historical data which runs fine on strategy analyser however when i try to run any chart using that data it just wont work, min wont work, range wont work, renko wont work.....what am i doing wrong as i can run strategies on that data but not charting???

What is the source of the data you are using in this instance? For instance, is this historical data that you imported or is it from a live data feed?

It is historical data I have downloaded from IQ feed, i run strategy analyser over the same data and it works fine but when i try to view this data in a chart window it wont show any bars at all?

Which instrument are you attempting to chart?

When loading the chart, do you receive an error message? If so, what does that message report?
