Real Time Chart Data Not Populating

I have configured NT to connect to eSignal by putting in the account information; it seems to pull live data in the orders screen, but when I pull up a new chart for example on ES 3-11 the chart doesn't update in real-time. It only shows yesterday data. Any thoughts?

P.S. Not sure if it matters, but we are still running NT in Global Simulation Mode.

Thank you for your post.

Global Simulation Mode should not be presenting any issues with viewing real-time data.

Since we are before market hours, are you sure you have your charts setup to view pre-market data?

To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

This resolved the issues for now.. I will monitor to see that all data comes for the next 24 hours.
