How do I add a script or indictor to a row/instrument on market Analyzer?

cliking on reload scripts does nothing.

You would need to first add an instrument column to your MA - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...th_columns.htm

Additionally please ensure enough bars are loaded and that the session template applied is suitable for your need / in line with your charts used.
