Data on 5M vs. 1000V

Look at these two charts, one is a 5M, the other is a 1000V. The volume chart for some reason does not contain data from midnight to 10am. Switching to the 5M shows all data. Session is set to 24/7, connection is iqfeed. What's going on?

Thank you for your post.

On your 1000 volume chart can you please right-click and then select Reload Historical Data and see if that data loads directly from the IQFeed servers.

If that does not resolve the issue can you please go to File-->Workspaces-->New Workspace. From within the new workspace can you please open a new CL chart for 1000V and then see if the data loads.

The "reload historical data" option is not available. Created new workspace, same problem. The data is there, as it shows on the 5min chart... just not showing on volume or tick charts.

If the Reload Historical Data Option is not available can you please disconnect from IQFeed, and then please go to Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit.

In the ensuing window please find the CL 03-11 contract and then please remove the tick data. More information on this process at:

Once you have removed that data can you please close NinjaTrader and then re-open and then check to see if the historical data loads or if the server is greyed out.
