My stop loss was Rejected.

Hi, had the problem. Instrument CL-03-11, Data : ZenFire(DEMO)

so around 2am i places order with ATM, around 4am order was fiiled, profit target was accepted, but stop loss rejected there were no gaps, fast movements or smng(checked tick data), so what is the explanation?

So that I may investigate, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your log file from the date the order was placed and today's date.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The file will be named 'log.YYYYMMDD.txt'.
