MB Trading Account Balance not Showing

    MB Trading Account Balance not Showing

    Hi

    I have a funded live MB Trading Forex account, the account shows up in my accounts window in control center, however no cash value or buying power is being shown for the account. I can see all the details in the MB Trading Navigator window.

    I also have a Demo MB Trading Forex Account that has the correct Cash Value.

    I need to access this data to calculate position sizes.

    Any idea why this data is not being shown?

    Hello Mike,

    Please see the link below regarding the Control Center-->Accounts-tab.


    MBTrading should reflect 'cash value' and 'realized pnl'.

    Can you please disconnect/re-connect your live MBTrading account and check if you see 'cash value'. Please wait a few moments - it might take a while for the information to be loaded.

    In addition, make sure you have MBT Navigator version 11.5.0.5 installed as per the MBTrading connection guide below.

        Hello Jason,

        I'm having a similar issue. I have a funded account with GAIN. I also have installed the MBT navigator but still mu account balance is not showing in NT. Please let me know how can I correct the proble.

          Hello SolarX,

          Please note that you do not require the MBTrading Navigator since you connect to Gain.

          When connected to Gain, it should reflect Buying Power, Cash Value and Realized PnL for your Gain account in the Control Center-->Accounts-tab.

          Does the lower left corner of the Control Center state 'Connected' in green?

            Thank you Jason,

            Yes, the lower left corner is shown in green with the legend: "Connected - Gain". However the Accounts tab shows all cells including: "Buying Power, Cash Value, Realize", etc blank (empty, no information)

            Do I have to have an active NT license for these information to show up?

            Please advise how can I solve this problem.

              Can you please tell me if you see your Gain account listed in the Control Center-->Accounts-tab (Account column).

              As long as you connect to your Gain live account, it should reflect the account information mentioned. I am not sure if the license key is related. Can you please send me an email at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com that includes the license key you have entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key.

              Please include your Gain username, password and brand code as well.
