Forward Testing with Delayd Data

Hi

I have a strategy that I am forward testing using delayed data from eSignal. when I look at the strategy performance chart the trades are executed at the correct level but the trade entry shown on the chart is in the wrong place.

I have attached a screen shot of the chart to show what I mean.

Is there something I can do to change this, or is this a bug?

Hi Mike,

Unfortunately this is a known limitation when plotting executions. They are time stamped based on your local PC clock, not bars.

You may consider adjusting your PC clock to accommodate this delay but not sure what impact this will have on your data feed and other computer functions.

Would be great to be able to set an offset in a Strategy to handel delayed data.
