Rollover Error

Another thread about the CL 3-11 problem.

I didn't rollover my CL charts until late in the day because I forgot about it. I did it and then I realized my charts were all wrong. I was getting a big spike, which was obviously not correct. My DOM was showing the correct price, but my CL charts were almost $1 off.

After reading a few threads on the forums I tried to do a few different things as far as the Merge Policy. When I did that all it did was gave me an error saying that I had to shut down and restart NT. When I did that, the problem wasn't fixed. I've gotten this error before, but it was never anything I needed to have so I just ignored it and decided I didn't need whatever it was.

Now, it's like my CL charts aren't connecting. They aren't updating and my Bar Timer isn't working. The 3-11 price data works in the DOM, but it's not updating my charts. I also have charts of the 6E and ES and they work fine. It's isolated to my CL charts.

I've tried making new charts, doesn't work.
I've tried Repair and Reset DB, doesn't work.
I've tried the Merge Policy in Instrument Manager and through the Tools/Options, didn't work.

I don't know what else to do, but it's starting to get frustrating.

I'm using NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.1 and it is the non 64-bit version.
