Hook-Finder equvialent in NT?

Which indicator(s), if any, is/are there in NT for the equivalent of Hook-Finder or Cycle Finder (Surfer) in TradeStation.
I prefer NT, but looking for this basic indicator.

noob. yes, I used the search function first, couldn't find the answer.

I was not able to find any equivalents on the forum for free download. It would be possible to create something along these lines through custom programming, however.
