Chart Trader 'stuck'

    Chart Trader 'stuck'

    I have an order that is 'pending change' in my Sim account that I can't cancel. I also have an order that is initialised on another chart that also won't cancel.
    I have tried closing down, cancelling on the chart and cancelling in the Orders tab but nothing works.


    Any ideas appreciated.

    Hello Mindset,

    Please reset the sim101 account to remove these orders. You can reset the sim101 account via Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab. More information can be found at the link below.
