DOM crashing NT

I trade the SPI (Australian Futures).

Whenever I try and open a Static DOM it freezes NT and crashes it.

It opens charts and T&S with no issue. DOMs work fine with all other instruments.

I have tried to reset the instruments but no luck.

It does however work when the market is out of its main trading hours and will continue to work if left running. It only crashes when I try and open a DOM, 'in' market hours.

Any ideas?

Please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”

Is there another way to access the log and trace files to email them to you?

The 'Mail to support' keeps telling me the connection to host failed.

Yes, you can find log and trace files at the following locations.

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20110117 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20110117 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
