Kinetick EOD err

I am trying to download EOD data through Kinetick. but the data isnt downloading and the chart is stuck at loading data.

on closer inspection it seems NT has some date issue. pls see the attached picture.

my pc clock is synced and i have had my instrument list reset (via Tools>Options> Data tab > Reset Instrument button).

btw i am trying to load data for ES 03-11 but its showing its downloading for ES 03-10

Thank you for your note.

The data for ES expiring 03-2010 the end date should not be ending in 2011. Please re-try downloading data for 03-11 and let me know if you still experience any issues.

Thanks Chip for the reply. The configurations were all correct. It seems the data loading was just stuck yesterday. I tried again this morning and everything worked fine
