Why cant I pan the Y axis???

Is there a option to unlock the Y axis? I can pan the X axis but sometimes I would like the ability to move the entire chart up and down without changing the price range on the Y axis. I do not see a setting to unlock the right axis except for "auto" and "manual". I want to be able to pan in all directions not just laterally. Is this possible? If not it should be added.

Thank you for your post.

Within NinjaTrader 7 you may move the chart window up and down with the steps provided below:

• Move your mouse to the Y-Axis
• Hold down Ctrl button and the left mouse button
• While holding down these buttons you may then move the mouse up or down to move the chart window
