Running a 30 minute short strategy on real time chart last Friday and received the following error message when a condition was established, which removed the strategy from the chart:
19/10/2007 02:02:05 Strategy Strategy'YM_EMA_MACD_Short_30min' submitted an order thatgenerated the following error 'OrderRejected'.Strategy has sent cancel requests, attempted to closethe position and terminated itself....... 19/10/200702:02:05 Order Order has exceeded available accountequity: Please reduce order size Affected Order:SellShort 1 MarketI have reset the simulator and established the initial cash is at 100,000.Could this be the simple solution to the problem??
