Order not accepted - multiple data feeds

When I connect to the free Kinetick data feed first (which I believe I need to do in order to download correct settlement prices with the historical data manager without disconnecting my intraday feed). And I also connect to my TT feed second, I get data streaming properly to charts and DOMs. However I receive the following error message when I attempt to submit an order on DOM:

I am able to submit orders if I connect to TT first, but my understanding is that when I use the historical download manager to download daily data, it would also default to TT first in that case. The result being that I cannot access the correct settlement prices that Kinetick provides. Obviously I could disconnect from TT during the historical data download, but I am trying to avoid that.

Can you tell me if you are trading with a simulation license key or a live NinjaTrader license key at this time.

Trading Sim101 with a live license.

Unfortunately when trading in the Sim101 only the first connection established would be recognized and in this case the Free EOD data is not real time and cannot be used for trading.
