Can't plot eSignal historical data in range chart

Hi,

I use eSignal as my data provider and have just subscribed to their extended intraday historical data. This extended intraday historical data provides more than the standard 120 day intraday data.

I tried to plot the extended historical data as a range chart but to no avail. Would anyone please help ? As an added info, I can plot the extended data as time chart with no issue. And I can also plot the standard 120 day intraday data as RANGE chart with no issue.

I tried both version 6.5 and 7 but again both didn't work. I also tried deleting old data and then download historical data from the "Historical Data Manager".

Thank you for your post.

So to clarify you can display 120 days worth of data when using a Minute or Daily based chart however this data is not available within a Tick based chart such as a Range chart.
