Connection to PFG failed : PFSocket_OnDisconnect

I've jz started to use demo account from PFG using NinjaTrader 6.5 (latest). I've follow all the instructions from PFG, including installing the PFG API client (1.0.434) .. I've turn off my firewall and antivirus as well.. but not matter how i try, I got an error message connecting to PFG. The error message : Login failed: PFG_OnDisconnect - Connection was terminated (-7)

Can you please give a help on this issue..

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum!

Please take the following steps:

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

If the issue remains after recreating the connection, then I would like to test the connection on my end. Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.


In the message, include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.


2.) The following information so that I may try connecting on my end:

• Account number
• Access key
• Order server IP address and port number
• Quotes server IP address and port number
• Historical minute data server IP address and port number
• Historical tick data server IP address and port number
