    Login Failed

"Login failed: Unable to login (10001)"

I have gotten this message on two occasions when I attempt to connect through zen-fire. I use Mirus.

    What is happening?

    Hello

    Thank you for your post.

This “Login Failed: Unable to login (10001)” indicates the following:
The login process is unable to get to the Zen-Fire servers. You will need to disable or configure any firewalls and/or security software as needed until a connection can be made.

You will then need to restart the application. Failure to restart the application will immediately generate the same error but with (10004) as the reason.

For more information on these error messages, please see the following:

Please let us know if you are still unable to connect & we can take further action to trouble shoot this issue.
