no DX feed from Zenfire

630 am eastern...all currency futures are feeding however DX is not...just says 'Loading Data'...only looking for 6 days of data on 1 min chart...4 range chart

Hi,

Have you tried rebooting? Do you perhaps see an error message in the log tab of the control center?

What happens if you restart and bring up the DX first and nothing else?

Lastly, what version are you using? V6.5.1000.19 or V7.0.1000.2? Check under Help--> About for the version.

running 7.0.1000.2
no errors in Log

opened blank untitled workspace
closed other workspace
exit NT
start NT with untitled workspace
open DX chart...no problem
open other workspace...no problem
resolved itself somehow

Weird, but good that it's working again.
