Upgrading 7.0.0.20 > 7.0.1000.2

Is there a specific (custom) proceedure I need to follow to upgrade version 7.0.0.20 to 7.0.1000.2, or can I just install the latest version over the top. Running 32 bit Ninja version on 64 bit Vista.

There are no special procedures for upgrading from 7.0.0.20 to the current release, V7.0.1000.2
