I am using IB and like there Idealpro quotes for trading Forex
To trade equities I prefer IQfeed.

Question: If I connect to TWS first and IQfeed second is NT7 smart enough
to realize that although my quote requests are larger then IB permits, would
NT automatically read the second connection for equities(IQfeed)?

Hello,

It would not in this case. It would if IB did not support all types of data but since they do all requests will be routed to IB.

You would have to choose to get all your live data from either IB or IQFeed or Kinetick.

Also, you have one further choice you can get all live data from one source but get all historical data from another sorce let me know if you are interested I can send information if this is what you want.
