ZB 03-11 not updating on Zenfire

Hi,

for some strange reason ZB 03-11 charts do not update. If you change the instrument to something else then back again then you get the latest data. All my other charts seem to work fine.

Any idea why?

Can you please tell me which version of NinjaTrader you are using, NT V6.5.1000.19 or NT V7.0.1000.2? You can check this under Help--> About

Who do you connect to for data?

This problem only occurs in NT7 - NT 6.5 worked fine. I am running 7.0.1000.2 and using Zen-Fire for data

Hello simulatorboy,

Please disconnect from Zen-Fire and reset your instruments.


To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


After resetting your instruments, restart NinjaTrader and test again.
