Unexpected Entry

Hi
I understand when you do backtest the entry is the open price after the close bar.
But I am running on the live sim account. My strategy gets entered, but later than I would expect by a few bars. I will attach the area I think it should of entered at. .
I circled the spot I expect the entry, these were not fast moving bars as there are minutes between bars.
The entry is:
MACD to cross 0 The Price above the green ,, The green above the Gold moving average.

Please insure you are on Release 2 of NinjaTrader 7 as there was a fix to this with the display ofr execution markers on the chart.
