TF on NYBOT with NT7

Is there any reason why NT7 does not keep realtime chart with this contract? My data
feed is tws?

Can you pull up realtime data in TWS? Are you getting just historical data and no live data?

oN tws I get realtime data, on NT chart the data is stale.

In this case we have a mapping issue.

In TWS, please check by right clicking on the TF and selecting to find out the details on the contract. Please check what exchange TWS has this on.

Then, goto Control Center->Tools->Instrument Manager->Edit the TF. Make sure the exchange is set to this exchange. Also make sure that the symbol mapping is correct for Interactive Brokers in the Misc tab.

Let me know if you had to make any changes.

I need to login to your IB TWS on my side to find out why your not recieving TF data. As I'm recieving it with my account. To do this I need your IB username and password. Your username and password will only be used once for testing.
