Recording Webinars questions.

Hello,

I am looking to record webinars while being unattended as I live in Australia and it is very difficult, if not impossible, to find the time to attend one in full during the weekdays.

I've made an attempt to do so a few weeks ago by first logging into the online webinar (and register), and then set up the software to start recording the selected screen between a specific period. However, I found out that I was automatically logged out for some reason. My suspicion is that I may be required to answer some questions during the attendance and if I don't respond, I would get automatically kicked out.

May I ask if this is the case? If not, why I was logged out? Is there a way that could be accommodated for me? Thank you.

Thank you for your note.

We don't record our sessions, however we have evening sessions availabel for people overseas. From what I know is that a lot of people from your region attend during this evening sessions. See the link in my signature for more info.

As far as I know there aren't any questions you need to answer to stay in the room.

In addition, our Help Guide and Video Library contain a lot of information as well to get you up to speed. Please see there if there are topics listed you need answers on.

What might help as well is to take a look on youtube. There are a lot of videos posted by users and some brokers. Although not posted by us, I've been told there are a lot of helpful ones listed.

Hi Vince,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Unfortunately, the evening sessions are actually 3:00am (12pm US EST) or 4:15am (1:30pm US EST) for me. Unless there are other sessions not listed on your link as per your signature.

Regardless, I will try to record it again tonight as you have indicated I do not need to be "active" in order to stay in the room.

Thanks for your info regarding the videos on youtube, I will check them out.
