Point and Figure?

Is it possible to get a point and figure chart with NT 6.5 or NT 7.0?

I have been having trouble getting data to import. I import data then it says import successful and then there is no chart. At one point, as the data was imported it said NT7 does not support Globex?? I can get the most recent contract 3-11 but that is all. Should it be CME?
