Calling NT Strategy from the C# Sample Application

    Hello,

I am running the sample C# .NET application provided with NT 6.5.
I had a question regarding the Client.command() function:

Is there a way to call a user defined strategy developed in NT (ninjascript), through this command() function?
I know that there is a parameter for the strategy name and strategy id, but I have tested it and can't seem it get it working.

    For example:

    Command("PLACE", "SIM101", "FSLR", BUY, quantity, "MARKET", 0, 0, "DAY", "", orderID, "TestStrategy", "")

I opened up the chart showing the FSLR stock in NT, but I am not seeing it executing the strategy. (And I have tested this strategy seperately and it works correctly)

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

Thanks for your note and welcome the NinjaTrader forums.

There is a way to use a user created ATM Strategy when you submit an order with this function. However you cannot start a NinjaScript strategy Unfortunately.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
