Collective2 trades not flowing through

I set up access to Collective2, as per their instructions, and I can not get trades to flow through to their systems. Anyone with more experience in making this work? Ideally a set of instructions from the NT side would be great.

I followed that exactly and the symbol that I changed on the instrument I trade (which is the Russell 2000 E-Mini) is "*@TFSH1", and I added the account group exactly as indicated but is does not work.

Any ideas?

I have a Collective2 license, and a NT lifetime license. So I need a multi-broker version? Is there a cost associated with that?

Before we decide that, which you will need if you have paying subscribers. if no then you will not need it.

However i want to make sure everything is setup correctly.

I just wanted to sign up to Collective2 and start recording my trades. I have no idea if I will even use it. But if I can not even get the trades to flow over, then it is pointless for me to pay the extra expense.

I will send the logs tomorrow and then let me know what needs to be done. BTW, where exactly are the logs?

You can find these files at the following locations, please attach these to a return email as an attachment

My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20110111
for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20110111
for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
