I keep getting the error message Disconnected From Quote Server () in my log file using MB Trading's forex feed. My connection status bar at the bottom left of the control center is orange instead of green. How do I make it green again and get rid of all these errors?

We are currently looking into this issue further.
Can you please send an email to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and include 1) Your MBT account credentials 2) Tell us if this is a live or a demo account 3) Your most recent log and trace files
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
- The log file will be named ‘log.YYYYMMDD.txt’
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
- The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’
