Yahoo data not downloading

Hello,

I just started NT 6.5 and connected to Yahoo, but can't download EOD data into Market Analyzer or Charts. I get a pop up screen "Loading data" but nothing downloads. Suggests?

First, Can you please let me know what version of NinjaTrader you are using this is located in the Control Center under Help->About and is to the right of the NinjaTrader logo.

Second, the MA is expected not to work as this requires live tick data to populate. The charts however should load.

What instrument and time frame are you trying to pull up?

Also, Have you tried the Kinetick EOD free service also?

I'm trying to download the end of day daily data. I believe the connection was set at default 60 second.

What is MA?

Hello,

I tried to load the DOW 30 list from the instrument list but nothing is loaded. I tried to load BAC instrument on the chart but it is frozen in the 1 minute interval.

Hello,

The MA is the Markey Analyzer.

Also, yahoo does not provide intra day data. They only provide end of day daily data. Please try opening a 1 day chart. This should pull up. You would need to subscribe to a data feed provider such as www.kinetick.com to get intra day live data.

Also, Current release of NinjaTrader is version 7.0.1000.1.
You are running a version behind, please download the latest version of NinjaTrader Here:

Make sure to close NinjaTrader before you install the updated version of NinjaTrader, all of your settings will be maintained.
