GC chart not updating TT feed

I just set up a new TT feed on my system and I have charts updating for 6E, TF, and CL. GC loads but does not update.

I tried resetting my instruments - no change.
I tried changing exchange to Globex and got error:


What next?

UPDATE: chart does receive live data subsequent to error above, but can't reload any historical and error persists.

Hello drmartell,

Unfortunately it is as expected that you cannot load historical data while the GC is set to Globex.

Please note that Trading Technologies does not provide historical data at all. As a courtesy, we allow live TT users to load historical data from our server. The GC instrument is recorded on the server using the Nymex exchange.
