IB and half pip multiples for forex

IB takes in half pip multiple for forex trading. however the NT chart only allows full pip multiple of the prices. how can we get it fixed

Please clarify if you are referring to the horizontal grid lines or the price (decimal) resolution on the chart.

when you move the cross hair on the chart, it moves in resolution of 4 decimal places. IB supports price changes in .00005 resolutions. you can check it in the quote panel of IB.

Hi,

Try changing pip quotations to 'Half Pip'. You can do this under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Quote currencies (FX) in--> HalfPip.

This is for V7. If you are still on V6.5, you can do this under the Misc tab in the Options menu.
