IB not showing up in Provider list

    IB not showing up in Provider list

    I don't see an InteractiveBrokers option in the list of Providers (screenshot attached.)

    I'm using NT 7.0.1000.1, and following the instructions at the IB connection guide (http://www.ninjatrader.com/Connectio...tion-Guide.php)

    How can I fix this?

    Hi sampai,

    Thank you for your post.

    The reason IB is not showing in your list is because your current license is configured to use Trading Technologies.

    Due to that can you please go to Help-->License Key and please copy the license key and send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so that we can look into resolving the issue. There are a couple of resolutions we can take but it will depend on the precise license you are using.

    Please reference this forum post when sending that email with the license, and please do not post the license to the forum as that is your unique trading license.
