    NT7 error report : copying textboxes

    hello NT-support,

    i look for the forum-section to report problems with NT7.
    is it gone ? i dont see anything like this anymore.
    thanks for a link if i missed it.

    max, thanks for asking - the dedicated beta section is gone since we've gone into production of NT7 - if you see an issue, please just post in the suitable forum section and we will look into it.

      OK, please have a look at this.

      its the 3. day that i get these errors while copying + pasting textboxes in my charts.
      the last 2 days i ran into this while being connected to zenfire.
      today i am not connected to zenfeed yet - this happend without connection now.

      i am not shure but maybe its only if i choose the textbox-option "show in all charts".

      i pressed OK now to come out of the error-window but it comes up again + again. i cant close it and it seems i need to close NT7 via task-manager.

      let me know how to go on with this.
      shall i hardclose NT7 now ?

        Yes, you would unfortunately need to force it down then via the task manager - upon restart please email me the trace / logs via Help > Mail to Support and include your chart setup and steps needed to see this happen for you, I'll then look into reproducing here on our end.
